Material & Warranty Specifications

The wall panels are each 46” wide X 81” tall and are made from a sustainable SoundBarrier substrate (95% recycled content; creating a Class B panel). It has an R-value of 1.2, NRC 0.20 and Flame Spread Class II (or B). The panels are made to fit any wall(s). They can be attached together as one visual or spaced out as 6 different visuals and come with all the instructions and hardware for easy mounting by facilities staff. Wall Panels are not to be cleaned with any chemical agent. They can be spot cleaned with water and diluted soap as well as normal dusting.

The MRI vinyl wrap graphic is printed on 3M Envision Print Wrap Film LX480mC with a IJ180mC lam.

The vinyl is warrantied by Character Farms for 1-year from the time of installation. It covers any material defect under normal use and hospital cleaning. It will not cover damage to material caused by unauthorized cleaning products such as a pure non-diluted bleach or acid based cleaners.

Timetable

All Standard MRI room designs take approximately 3 to 5 weeks to print, ship and install from the time they are ordered.

All Custom MRI room designs take approximately 2 to 3 months to create, print, ship and install from the time they are ordered.
